At the age of 18 I went to live in Paris for 3 years to study Naturopathy at the Faculté de Medecines Naturelles.
Having studied the many different therapies that make up naturopathy, I decided to further extend my knowledge of aromatherapy essential oils and reflexology. I first travelled to Canada to qualify in Raindrop Therapy and the intricate science of aromacology with Dr. Gary Young ND who is renowned worldwide for producing essential oils of the highest quality.
I then qualified in Advanced Reflexology Techniques with Anthony Porter, the founder of the Advanced Reflexology Techniques, and became a member of ART (Advanced Reflexology Training). Advanced Reflexology Techniques have become internationally recognised by many doctors and gynaecologists for their therapeutic benefits.
During 2001-2002 I travelled to Switzerland and Germany to qualify for the Heil Praktiker Diploma (Diploma in naturopathy). I was subsequently invited to join the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) by the director, Hermann Kepler ND.
Working mainly as a naturopath and reflexologist I began to gain a reputation for achieving results with my patients where GP's had sometimes given up. Also for helping women and men with fertility and gynaecological issues.
I now also offer Aqua Detox treatments which work particularly well in combination with reflexology.
